The cuisine is based on plant-based Shojin Kaiseki, which uses no animal products, dairy, seafood, or refined white sugar, allowing guests to enjoy dishes featuring seasonal wild herbs and local vegetables.
The owner is a visual diagnosis (Boushin-ho) instructor and medicinal herb advisor who prioritizes hospitality that aligns with the physical condition and harmony of each visitor.
