Utsue Shijuhattaki Falls Prefectural Natural Park is a beautiful waterfall destination selected as a Gifu Prefecture Natural Monument and one of Japan's Top 50 Famous Waterfalls. The valley, where 13 waterfalls cascade in succession, changes in appearance with the seasons, providing visitors with cool, fresh air and a chance to forest bathe. In autumn, the stunning scenery of the waterfalls and autumn leaves is a must-see.

Access

20 minutes by car from Takayama IC or take the shuttle bus from JR Hida-Kokufu Station to Shijuhattaki Onsen Shibuki no Yu Yuyukan. Please let the driver know that you would like to be dropped off at Shijuhattaki.
