Ketsujitsu Observation Deck is a viewpoint located in Furukawacho Sugo, Hida City, and is located on the forest road connecting the Furukawacho Sugo and Kamiokacho Kashihara districts (near the summit of the former Hida Highland Ski Resort located on this forest road).
It offers a spectacular panoramic view encompassing the mountains of the Northern Alps, including Mt. Norikura, Mt. Yakedake, the Hotaka Mountain Range, Mt. Kasagatake, Mt. Yarigatake, Mt. Sugoroku, Mt. Kurobegoro, and Mt. Kitanomatadake. You can even see all the way to Mt. Yakushi!
Only in Hida can you take in such a vista of mountains just a 30-minute drive from the city center!
