金木戸屋

The local variety of yokan is created using Kumazasa bamboo grown wild in Hida's Kamioka area and folded into the shape of a butterfly. Liquified hot yokan is then poured directly into the bamboo and then tied with rushes, creating an adorable sweet.

This yokan, decorated with Kumazasa leaf vein imprints, has a light, elegant taste. It is perfect as a souvenir or gift.

*Nationwide shipping is also available, regardless of the quantity purchased.
