Sen Teppanyaki & Sushi

千 sen

As the name implies, Sen Teppanyaki & Sushi is a restaurant where teppanyaki dishes—food cooked on an iron griddle—meet sushi.

Here, you can try melt-in-your-mouth Hida beef grilled to perfection, Tsukemono steak (a local Hida dish of sauteed pickled vegetables), and Hida beef sushi, as well as nigiri, chirashi sushi, sashimi, and grilled seasonal fish. Other griddle-cooked dishes include okonomiyaki (a savory Japanese pancake) and yakisoba. Sen Teppanyaki & Sushi utilizes seasonal and local ingredients from Hida, so you can always expect fresh flavors. Pair your meal with a beverage from its extensive drink menu, which includes soft drinks, beer, sours, sake, wine, and cocktails, for a perfect evening.

The cozy establishment has 12 counter seats, two private rooms, and a Japanese-style room for banquets.
