Kappo Katsumi

割烹克己

Kappo Katsumi is a restaurant with no set menu, instead focusing on authentic ingredients. Dishes are tailored to guests' requests using seasonal ingredients sourced fresh that day. Vegetables and pesticide-free rice are procured directly from contracted farmers in Hida, and even the oils and water used for cooking are carefully selected. Enjoy your meal leisurely while chatting with the owner at the counter. In summer, you can also savor ayu sweetfish caught by the owner himself. *Lunch is reservation-only.
